Since taking over in August 2008 the new owners have pledged to maintain and build the hotel's reputation for excellent cuisine and fine dining. The hotel's restaurant has its own style using only the best and freshest available produce sourced locally and from the Scottish mainland.
- Sea View Restaurant - Facing due west and overlooking the North Atlantic, the restaurant features panoramic mood changing views and spectacular sunsets. Its menu offers the best Scottish cuisine with an opportunity to try a little something different
- Lounge Bar - With a wide selection of drinks, the Lounge Bar serves local Hebridean beer, a range of fine malt whiskies and interesting wine
- The Halaman Bar at the front of the hotel serves ice cold beers and soft drinks, coffee, light lunches and bar meals.
