The prices shown below are for Bed & Breakfast rates per person per night unless otherwise specified.
Bed & Breakfast -
From £48.00 to £68.50 per person per night
B&B Upstairs - SeaView: Twin/double room: £68.50 per person per night
All Upstairs rooms are en suite and have excellent sea views
B&B Downstairs - SeaView: twin/double room: £58.00 per person per night
All Downstairs SeaView rooms are also en suite but have a limited sea view
B&B Downstairs - Non SeaView: Twin/double room: £48.00 per person per night
All Downstairs rooms are en suite but do not have a sea view
* Single Supplement (1 person in a twin or double room) £18.50 per person per night
Children - Per Child Per Night
Children Under Twelve Sharing with Two Adults
Under 2 Free (Cot £6.00)
2 – 5 years old £20.00 per child per night
6 – 12 years old £35.00 per child per night
VAT - All rates are inclusive of VAT at 20%
Meals: 'Bistro' restaurant menu; a 'light lunch' service is also available
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast: £31.50 per person to be added to the B&B rate. We suggest that you conside booking on the B&B rate and then chossing on a daily basis whether you wish to pay for a restaurant meal or eat in the pub from our bar meal menu.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit: A deposit of £35.00 per person to secure a reservation. This is payable by credit card or cheque, the booking remains provisional until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy: The Hotel operates a 7 Day Cancellation Policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid minus an administration charge of £25.00 per person per room booked. Bookings cancelled after this time loose the full deposit; less than 48hours, the full room/s rate/s is levied.
The Isle of Barra Beach Hotel proprietors have the right to change or amend the cancellation policy with or without notice but will endeavour to notify agreed parties of any change.
Data Protection
The Isle of Barra Beach Hotel holds all data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Other Charges - Damage/Smoking
In the event of damage and/or smoking in the bedrooms or building premises, the hotel reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of: £50.00.
