Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit: A deposit of £25.00 per person is secures a reservation. This is payable by credit card or cheque, the booking remains provisional until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy: The Hotel operates a 7 Day Cancellation Policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid minus an administration charge of £15.00 per person per room booked. Bookings cancelled after this time loose the full deposit.
The Isle of Barra Beach Hotel proprietors have the right to change or amend the cancellation policy with or without notice but will endeavour to notify agreed parties of any change.
Data Protection
The Isle of Barra Beach Hotel holds all data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Other Charges - Damage/Smoking
In the event of damage and/or smoking in the bedrooms or building premises, the hotel reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of: £50.00.
