Cancellation Policy

Hotel Cancellation Policy (applicable for deposit payment only bookings):

The hotel operates a 7 day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £75.00 per booked room. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room/s rate/s is levied.

Please note: Due to our extreme remote location and no passing trade we request all cancellations be made in writing/email otherwise the room rate (s) will be levied accordingly, thank you.

Bolt Hole Cabin cancellation policy:

We operate a 7 day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £150.00 per booking. Bookings cancelled after this time lose the full deposit; less than 3 days notice, the full rate/s is non refundable.

Pre purchasing travel insurance before you set off may be supportive for you – in the event of cancellation.

All food orders are paid in advance and non refundable.
