Our Amazing Sea View Rooms start from £125.00 per room per night for single occupancy -room only option (budget rooms with no TV or catering)  or for specific room requirements offering budget bunk rooms, or rooms with twin beds or super king beds, televisions/tea/coffee facilities and breakfast included please email us for a quote.

We offer rooms to suit all budgets.

Sea Facing Rooms for Families –  2 family rooms -1 sleeps 3 and 1 sleeps 4.

Cancellation Policy : We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £75.00 per room booked. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room/s rate/s paid is non-refundable.

Bolt Hole Cabin  – sleeps 6 – minimum 2 nights -our private family facility adjacent to the hotel that includes breakfast in the hotel sea view restaurant.

Cancellation Policy – Bolt Hole Cabin: We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £150.00 per room booked. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room rate/s paid is non-refundable.

Dogs: Travelling with your dog? They are most welcome to join you here at the hotel in one of our dog friendly rooms for £20.00 per dog per night – breakfast treats and a beach towel provided in your room for them.  You are also welcome to enjoy a dram or request your breakfast or evening meal in our Blue Lounge Bar with your dog so you don’t have to leave them in the room unattended – it’s their holiday too and we want you to all enjoy the experience together.

Please note: Due to our remote location and the resulting lack of passing trade, we ask that cancellations are made in writing/email otherwise the appropriate room rate/s will be levied.

Breakfast –Served in our upper deck sea view breakfast dining room will include fried breakfast or scrambled eggs with the islands famous local Salar salmon, muesli, cereals, porridge, fruit salad,  toast and jams, yogurt, fruit juice, fresh fruit and a selection of teas/pot of local Skydancer (Isle of Uist company) ground coffee. Breakfast available between 08.00 and 09.30.
