For our 2027 season we open on the May 1st until September 25th – we look forward to welcoming you to Barra and the hotel.

  • 2027 season we have a wide range of accommodation options to suit every budget.
  • Sea facing  – starting with our sea facing budget twins for those ‘get up and go’ walkers and cyclists doing the Hebridean Way £135.00 per room per night /room only. To sea view twins from £195.00 or uniterupted sea view superking bed £275.00 – B&B per room per night.
  • This coming season we have something for everyone’s travel budget! So get in tough by sending us an email and tell us what it is that you are looking for so we can help you to experience your perfect Hebridean Coolcation!
  • Twin or doubles cancellation policy : We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £100.00 per room booked. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room/s rate/s paid is non-refundable.
  • Family rooms are sea facing– sleeps 4  includes a cooked breakfast– minimum 2 night stay – £350.00 per room per night – bunks only suitable for 14 years and under.
  • Family rooms cancellation policy : We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £150.00 per room booked. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room/s rate/s paid is non-refundable.
  • Travelling with your dog? They are most welcome to join you here at the hotel in one of our sea facing dog friendly rooms. £25.00 per dog per night – beach towel and treats included.
  • Breakfast is served accompanied by our calming, uninterrupted sea views– includes a cooked breakfast menu with the added options of muesli, cereals, porridge, toast and jams, yogurt, fruit juice, fresh fruit and a selection of teas/pot of ground coffee. Breakfast available between 08.00 and 09.30.
  • Evening meal with sun set views to die for over the North Atlantic Ocean – We offer evening meals – meals available between 18.30 and 20.30.
